Dad got the movie 'The Hiding Place' yesterday, and we started it last night. I like it so far, but there are parts --and characters-- that I miss from the book. : I'm hoping we can watch part of it this evening with Mom and the younger kids.

W00t! Only two months until my birthday! And only one year and two months until my eighteenth b-day...wierd. :P
Grandma and Grandpa cam up for a visit in Tuesday. Grandma bought me some skates, as an early b-day present. (And if you're reading this, Grandma, thanks again!) Then on Wednesday morning they took us skating on the community rink not far from our place. My new skates are SO comfortable, so much nicer than figure skates, which is what I was using before. Sharon got some new skates on Friday, then we went to a youth night skating party with AJ. I had so much fun, but by the time we left the pond to go to Tim Hortons, my fingers and toes were freezing. :(

Hm, what should I write about...Sharon and I are thinking about starting a fanfiction.net account together, but we still have to talk to Mom about that. If we do start one, I might post the link to it on here. :P
