So, what do I write about today? :) First of all, I guess, something I forgot to write yesterday: I love horses. :D Dolphins, eagles, and wolves come pretty close behind. I guess I might as well post one story idea Sharon and I have. Sharon wrote it originally, it's gone through quite a few changes (mostly character names), and I think she's trying to rewrite it again, but I'll put it up anyway. It might be confusing, especially if you haven't heard much if any about this story, but whatever. :D I can always explain it later. So, here it is:



Borrian started pacing back and forth. After a minute of pacing, he stopped and looked at Korden again. "How many did you say there is?"
"Five thousand, sir" the boy replied.
Borrian sighed. "They outnumber us five to one."
Suddenly he whirled. "Jakin!"
"Yes, sir?"
"Get Zener and tell him to go to Lanontine as fast as he can for reinforcements."
"Aye, aye, sir!" The young man saluted and ran from the room.
"Hemanie, find Matal and send him here. Then assemble everyone in the Great Hall."
"Yes, sir!" Hemanie exclaimed, then he too ran from the room.
Borrian almost started pacing again, but instead he turned back to Korden. "Where are my manners? I'm sorry, Korden. Would you like something to drink?"
"No, thanks, I'm fine."
"Are you sure?" Lenenotha is a fair ways from Letobany Forest."
"Not really. Yeah, I'm sure."
"Well, just make sure you have something to eat and drink before the battle," Borrian cautioned. "You can't fight on an empty stomach."
"Yes, sir, I will."
Borrian began pacing again, muttering to himself. "Five thousand! It seems like so many, but it doesn't seem like the amount Mendonia would send. From what I've heard, I'd have thought he'd send a lot more. Why only five thousand?"
Matal appeared at the door. "You wanted to see me?"
Borrian paused. "Yes."

About me, I guess

This post is mainly for those of you who don't know me, or at least not very much. :) I'm a teenage girl from Canada, I'm a Christian, and I have five sisters and two brothers, all of them younger than I am. Some would probably consider me an LotR nut, which I probably am. :D I also love horses, reading, and occasionally writing. Stories, that is. I don't usually enjoy writing essays. Someone suggested that I use this blog for writing or posting stories, so I might put up some ideas I've written. If I'm in the mood for it, I enjoy cooking/baking, sewing, and doing crafts such as making things out of clay.
